Job summary

Belgravia Health and Leisure, operating Genesis Fitness clubs, is seeking a proactive Member Services Officer to drive sales, welcome members and manage enquiries. This role focuses on prospecting, touring, closing deals and generating referrals to grow the club's membership base.

You will deliver outstanding customer service, promote services, handle cash with POS systems and contribute to team targets under the guidance of the Club Manager.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar position
• Hold current First Aid & CPR Certification
• Working With Children Check and National Police Check
• Excellent communication skills
• Passion for health and fitness
• Customer service mindset
• Ability to prospect, tour, close and secure referrals

Responsibilities

• Provide Sales, Reception and Merchandising services to members and prospective members
• Prospect, tour, close and obtain referrals for future sales
• Acquire new members and deliver first-class customer service
• Promote centre services and programs to customers and accept bookings/enrolments
• Apply sound cash handling principles and use POS systems
