Anytime Fitness Box Hill Central is seeking a high-energy Membership Sales Consultant to drive member sign-ups and deliver an exceptional club experience.

You will build relationships, promote our brand, and support club operations while contributing to a fun, welcoming environment. This role offers mentorship and opportunities for career growth within Australia’s leading 24/7 fitness network.

Qualifications

• Passion for health and fitness.
• Sales, customer service, or management experience is a plus.
• Self-motivation and drive to exceed goals.
• Strong communication skills in person, on the phone, and digitally.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and energetic with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable in front of a camera for social media.

Responsabilités

• Sales Leadership: Drive and meet sales targets through lead generation and closing new memberships.
• Relationship Building: Engage with potential and existing members to help them reach fitness goals and build long-term relationships.
• Brand Ambassador: Promote the Anytime Fitness brand and raise local awareness through outreach and events.
• Administrative Support: Handle club administration tasks to ensure smooth operations and clear communication.
• Club Culture: Create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere that enhances the member experience.
