Anytime Fitness Box Hill Central is seeking a high-energy Membership Sales Consultant to drive member sign-ups and deliver an exceptional club experience.

Qualifications

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Sales & Membership Consultant at Anytime Fitness Box Hill Central, you will be an essential part of the team. Be responsible for driving sales, building member relationships, and maintaining an exceptional member experience. Key responsibilities include:

• Sales Leadership: Drive and meet sales targets through lead generation and closing new memberships.
• Relationship Building: Engage with potential and existing members to help them set and achieve their fitness goals, fostering long-term relationships.
• Brand Ambassador: Actively promote our brand and create awareness in the local community through outreach, events, and social media platforms.
• Administrative Support: Handle club administration tasks efficiently to ensure smooth operations and clear communication.
• Club Culture: Create a fun, welcoming atmosphere that enhances the member experience and builds a positive club culture.

ABOUT YOU

• Sales & Leadership Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or management roles is ideal. Experience in the fitness industry is a plus but not required.

• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage with people and build relationships in person, over the phone, and through digital channels.
