Job summary

Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs in Ryde is seeking a full-time Membership Consultant to drive new membership sales and deliver outstanding member service in a premium, members-only environment.

You will engage customers by phone and in person, nurture enquiries, and use KPI targets to achieve growth, while enjoying a vibrant team culture, flexible hours, and staff perks.

The Role

The Membership Consultants role is to provide excellent customer service, responsible for maximizing new membership sales. Carrying out all aspects of the sales process from initial enquiry stage and continuing contact throughout their membership period to ensure they are utilising their membership fully and retaining members through our premium service offering.
