Job summary

Anytime Fitness Randwick is seeking a motivated Membership Consultant to drive new member sign-ups and build strong member relationships at the Randwick club. You’ll be the face of the club, deliver outstanding service and help grow a dynamic, community-focused team.

The role is full-time, 38 hours a week, with a six-month contract and flexible hours, including Saturdays. Prior fitness sales or customer service experience is a plus, along with a readiness to contribute ideas and energy to the

The Role: Membership Consultant (Full-Time)

As a Membership Consultant, you’ll be the face of our Randwick club. You’ll drive membership sales & build strong relationships with new and existing members.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new membership sales and manage every step of the sales process
• Help with daily operations and support the Club Manager and Regional Manager
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting member relationships
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Promote the club locally and engage with the community
• Social media content creation
• Help foster a fun, welcoming environment where staff and members love to be

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales and customer service experience (fitness industry experience a bonus, but not essential)
• A self-motivated, proactive attitude with a strong desire to hit targets
• Excellent communication and people skills
• A passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed
• Willingness to grow with the business and contribute ideas and energy

Desired Qualifications/Certifications

• Cert III or IV in Fitness (not essential)
• First Aid & CPR (must be obtained before commencing employment)
• Police Check and Working with Children Check (must be obtained before commencing employment)

The Details

• Full-Time Position: 38 hours/week (6-Month Contract)
• Flexible hours
• Must have availability to work Saturdays on a regular roster basis
• Must have valid rights to work in Australia with no restrictions on hours
