Job summary

Goodlife Health Clubs is seeking a dynamic Member Support Consultant to join our Innaloo club in Perth's western suburbs. This full-time role puts you at the heart of the member journey, welcoming guests, driving new memberships, and supporting members to achieve their health goals.

You'll lead personalised member experiences, present club offerings, manage referrals, and contribute to hitting sales targets while maintaining a positive, energetic club atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
• Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life.
• The ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles.
• Outstanding communication abilities – listening, understanding and influencing.
• Tenacity with a drive to achieve individual targets and team goals.
• Customer focused with a desire to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales budget using promotions and referrals.
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach.
• Achieve required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise opportunities.
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create great member journeys via positive, personalised interactions.
• Open and close the club as per roster and engage in retention programs.
• Regular service calls to keep new and existing members engaged.
