Job summary

Goodlife Health Clubs in Australia is hiring Sales Consultants (MSCs) to become the energy behind our clubs, meeting prospective members, presenting memberships, and guiding new members toward a healthier lifestyle.

You’ll drive club growth, open and close the club on roster days, and contribute to member journeys with personalised interactions. This fast-paced, people-first role rewards energy, drive, and target achievement with uncapped commissions and a base salary.

Qualifications

• First Aid & CPR certification is required.
• Ability to build rapport with people from varied backgrounds and help them achieve their goals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and resilience to overcome obstacles.
• Outstanding communication abilities, including listening, understanding, and influencing others.
• Tenacity with a drive to achieve individual targets and team goals.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales budgets using promotions and referrals.
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals.
• Make a high volume of lead contacts via phone to maximise opportunities.
• Provide sales presentations and club tours to prospective members.
• Create positive member journeys through personalised interactions.
• Respond to enquiries with successful outcomes.
• Open and close the club as per roster.
• Engage in member retention programs to keep members active.
• Make regular service calls to members to promote club products and boost results.
