You will work with a supportive team to deliver clear, compliant outcomes, handling applications, changes and enquiries while upholding policy guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in health insurance or financial services in a regulated environment.
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-focused and able to follow policies within guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Process new member applications, cancellations and changes of cover.
• Manage a high volume of membership requests while meeting SLAs.
• Make membership decisions within agreed authority and escalate complex matters.
• Provide accurate information and support to internal teams and members.
• Assist with phone-based enquiries when needed.
• Ensure all work complies with policy, compliance and legal requirements.
