• Experience in fitness sales with KPI and targets.

We’re on the hunt for an energetic, high performing, results-driven Membership Sales Consultant / Assistant Gym Manager to join our team on a casual basis.

Your primary responsibility will be achieving individual and team goals and targets as set out, plus:

• Lead Generation: Proactively source and follow up on new business leads
• Membership Retention: Manage existing membership retention
• Sales: Conduct club tours, explain membership options, and close sales
• Referrals: Actively obtain and convert referrals
• Customer Service: Handle membership enquiries via phone, email, and social media
• Admin/Operations: Assist in the implementation of systems and procedures to ensure the efficient and profitable running of the gym, follow club policies, procedures and processes, ensuring compliance across the board. Support reception with admin, POS retail, and general club tasks as required. Would be awesome if you had meta advertising experience as well !

You’ll bring:

• Fitness sales experience a must – generate new sales leads, meeting KPIs and sales targets
• Stellar interpersonal skills and a knack for closing sales deals
• Experience leading a team - staff and direct reports, volunteers, members, customers, etc
• A proactive, hands‑on approach – you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves
• Proven ability to thrive independently and within a team
• Flexibility to work varied shifts Monday to Friday and weekends as required
