Job summary

Goodlife Health Clubs in Perth is seeking a Sales Consultant at Brookfield Place Club (casual) to energise the club’s membership growth. You will greet potential members, present fitness options and guide them toward lasting health commitments in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

You’ll be at the heart of the club experience, driving new memberships, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting members on their health journeys with energy and enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• First Aid & CPR certification required.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse people.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent listening and communication abilities, with persuasive skills.
• Tenacity to achieve individual targets and team goals.
• Customer-focused with a drive to deliver great outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales budget using promotions and referrals campaigns.
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals.
• Achieve required lead contacts via telephone to maximise opportunities.
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create positive and personalised member journeys across their journey.
• Respond to enquiries and secure successful outcomes.
• Open and close the club as per roster.
• Engage in member retention programs to keep members active.
• Conduct regular service calls to members to boost engagement and product uptake.
