Job summary

RAC WA is seeking a Member Solutions Consultant for its West Perth contact centre. In this full-time role, you will greet and assist RAC members, resolve queries, and offer tailored product solutions while working with a supportive team.

Training is provided to ensure knowledge of RAC products and services, with ongoing development and KPI-driven performance. You will engage with around 50–60 members daily, maintain high conversation quality, and meet shift requirements including some weekends

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced environments with KPIs and sales targets.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Clear, confident communication and rapport-building skills.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Be first point of contact for around 50–60 RAC members daily.
• Provide support, guidance and reassurance to members.
• Navigate multiple systems and deliver high-quality conversations.
• Understand member needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Meet compliance requirements under regulatory standards.
