Job summary

RAC Joondalup is hiring a Receptionist to join our reception contact centre. You will answer member calls, identify needs and connect them with the right RAC team, delivering friendly and professional service from the first interaction.

This role supports service targets, requires accurate data entry and general admin tasks, and offers ongoing training in a supportive team environment. Flexibility to cover a Monday–Friday roster with Saturdays on rotation is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably in a phone-based role.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Friendly, professional and confident telephone manner.
• Ability to follow processes and scripts while delivering personalised service.
• Good problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Reliable, flexible and team oriented.
• Comfortable using computer systems for data entry.

Job description

We're looking for friendly, professional and customer-focused individuals to join our Reception contact centre team in our Joondalup Contact Centre. As a Receptionist, you'll play a key role in creating positive first impressions by answering incoming member calls, understanding their needs and connecting them with the right RAC team. Every interaction is an opportunity to deliver exceptional service and help our members get the support they need.

This position works on a flexible roster between Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 8:30pm, with rotational Saturdays between 8:30am – 5:00pm.
