Job summary

QBANK is seeking a Member Services representative in Brisbane to deliver exceptional service to Members in branch and contact centre. You will welcome Members, understand financial goals, and offer solutions while maintaining accurate records in the banking system.

Join a supportive team with a strong focus on Member wellbeing, flexibility where possible, and development opportunities including on-the-job training and educational assistance. Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or operations, preferably in banking.
• Passion for helping Members achieve financial goals.
• Confident face-to-face, phone and written communication.
• History of delivering excellent customer service.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Tier 2 General Advice certification or equivalent (support may be provided).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service and genuinely care for each Member.
• Refer opportunities to banking specialists for cards, loans and mortgages.
• Maintain and grow Member relationships.
• Support Members' financial wellbeing and wellbeing.
• Open accounts and Term Deposits.
• Deceased Estate administration.
• Handle inquiries in person, by phone and by email.
• Arrange foreign currency and cards.
• Retain and grow the Member base.
• Keep accurate records in the banking system.
