Mounties Group is seeking a proactive Member Services Attendant for Harbord Diggers in Freshwater, NSW. This part-time role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, greeting guests, and assisting with memberships while maintaining a welcoming club atmosphere.

You will handle enquiries, process memberships and upsell club events, promotions and services. A positive, team-spirited approach is essential to enhance the Harbord Diggers experience for all members and visitors.

Qualificações

• Passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Excellent personal presentation and communication.
• Proficient with computers and standard software.
• RSA & RCG certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilidades

• Greet members and guests with a warm, welcoming smile.
• Deliver five-star service and assist with enquiries.
• Process memberships and renewals accurately.
• Promote memberships, events and promotions.
• Maintain club entry compliance and RSA/RCG standards.
• Provide friendly directions and support over the phone or in person.

THE ROLE

We are currently searching for an energetic and dedicated Member Services Attendant with exceptional customer service skills to join our fun and friendly team on a part-time basis at our superb venue Harbord Diggers, in Freshwater NSW!

As a Member Services Attendant, you will act as our brand ambassador and be the first touch point for our members and guests upon entry ensuring a five-star service delivery and memorable moments are created for all.

More Specifically, Some Of Your Duties Will Include

• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service
• Maintain legislative requirements including club entry, RSA & RCG standards
• General administrative duties
• Provide our customers with friendly informed directions and assistance
• Up sell and promote club memberships, entertainment, promotions and events
• Process Club memberships and renewals accurately
• Professional and welcoming telephone manner to internal and external customers using the PABX / Switchboard as well as conveying accurate messages
• Project a professional image at all times
• Enhance the Harbord Diggers experience to all members and guests
• Most importantly – greet everyone with a warm and welcoming smile

About You

• Passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience
• Excellent personal presentation with a high level of communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Experience using a PABX/ Switchboard is desirable
• A willingness to help and work effectively within a team
• Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends and Public Holidays
• RSA & RCG certification (or willing to obtain prior to commencement)
