Job summary

Mounties Group is seeking an energetic Member Services Attendant for Harbord Diggers in Freshwater NSW. This part-time role focuses on delivering five-star customer service as the first touchpoint for members and guests, embodying the Mounties brand.

You will handle duties from greeting guests, assisting with memberships, RSA/RCG compliance, and providing directions, with a friendly, professional demeanor and a flexible schedule including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Excellent personal presentation with a high level of communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Experience using a PABX/ Switchboard is desirable.
• Willingness to help and work effectively within a team.
• Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• RSA & RCG certification (or willing to obtain prior to commencement).

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain club entry, RSA & RCG compliance.
• General administrative duties.
• Provide customers with friendly directions and assistance.
• Upsell and promote club memberships, entertainment, promotions and events.
• Process club memberships and renewals accurately.
• Answer calls with a professional and welcoming telephone manner.
• Present a professional image at all times.
• Enhance the Harbord Diggers experience for members and guests.
• Greet everyone warmly.
