Mounties Group is seeking energetic, self-motivated Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team at Harbord Diggers on a permanent part-time basis. The role is ideal for someone with a dynamic personality and exceptional customer service experience who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Successful applicants will enhance member and guest experiences through coffee making, drinks service, and food preparation, while maintaining high standards of grooming and teamwork at the Harbord

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality roles
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Barista or cocktail skills are desirable
• Impeccable grooming and presentation
• Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure
• Ability to work in a team and unsupervised when needed
• Current NSW RSA & RCG certification or willingness to obtain before start

THE ROLE

We are currently seeking energetic and self-motivated Food & Beverage Attendants who thrive in a challenging, fast paced environment to join our team at Harbord Diggers on a permanent part-time basis. The successful applicant will be a true hospitality superstar that has a dynamic personality coupled with exceptional customer service experience.

More Specifically, Some Duties Will Include

• Enhancing the food & beverage experience for all members and guests
• Coffee making
• Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
• Basic food preparation
• Operating a cash register
• Delivering food and beverages to tables
• General cleaning

About You

• Previous experience in a similar role and within the hospitality industry
• Possess a passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Barista experience / cocktail experience is desirable
• Eye for detail
• Impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task & remain calm
• The ability to work in a team environment but to also work unsupervised and use your initiative
• Current NSW RSA & RCG certification or willing to obtain before commencement
• Great availability and the ability to work a flexible roster, which includes days, nights, weekends and public holidays
