Job summary

Mounties Group is seeking a Bar and Gaming Attendant for Manly Bowling Club on a part-time basis. You will be at the front line delivering friendly service to members and guests, handling cash and use of in-house systems while maintaining hygiene standards.

This role requires flexibility to work days, nights and weekends, with a focus on creating positive experiences and building rapport with customers in a vibrant hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within the hospitality industry or customer service environment.
• Ability to commit to 10-20 hours per week
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills
• A willingness to build long-term relationships with our customers
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Ability to work a flexible roster, including days, nights and weekends
• Current NSW RSA & RCG

Responsibilities

• Providing efficient and friendly service to our members and guests
• Clear and reset tables as well as ensuring service areas are clean and tidy
• Ensure accurate processing of cash and credit card transactions
• Use in house systems to place orders

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are searching for a true hospitality superstar to join our close-knit team as a Bar and Gaming Attendant on a part-time basis at Manly Bowling Club.

As a Bar and Gaming Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our front line and provide prompt and courteous service to all customers at the Bar and on the Gaming Floor.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Providing efficient and friendly service to our members and guests
• Clear and reset tables as well as ensuring service areas are clean and tidy
