Fitness First in Willoughby NSW is seeking a full-time Member Support Consultant to be the heartbeat of the club, meeting members and inspiring them to take the first step toward their fitness goals. You will drive membership growth through outreach, tours and presentations, while delivering exceptional service to existing members and creating positive experiences that keep them engaged.

This role offers base salary plus uncapped commissions and a clear pathway into leadership within Australia’s

Qualifications

• First Aid & CPR certification required.
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to provide solutions.
• Strong communication skills to inspire action.
• Goal-oriented with drive to excel.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales budget using promotions and referrals campaigns.
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads via community outreach and referrals.
• Make required number of lead contacts by phone to maximise opportunities.
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create great member journeys through positive, personalised interactions.
• Handle enquiries with successful outcomes.
• Open and close the club per roster.
• Support member retention programs to keep members engaged.
• Regular service calls to members, recommending club-based products.
