Medical Indemnity Protection Society Ltd (MIPS) in Queensland is seeking a Relationship & Development Specialist to grow member value through engagement and genuine connections. This entry-level role focuses on understanding member needs and delivering long-term value, supported by a leadership team and internal specialists.

You’ll build relationships, meet healthcare professionals, and help drive membership growth with proactive follow-up, CRM record-keeping, and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing or member-focused role within professional services is helpful.
• Interest in building long-term relationships and delivering value to members.
• Willingness to travel across Queensland and work with internal teams.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective MIPS members.
• Meet with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and provide a positive member-first experience.
• Support membership growth through engagement, relationship-building and proactive follow-up.
• Conduct member visits, meetings and follow-ups to strengthen engagement and long-term relationships.
• Represent MIPS at events, delivering short presentations and engaging with members and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to increase member value and strengthen engagement.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver a seamless member experience.
• Maintain accurate records and capture member feedback and activity in the CRM.
