Medical Indemnity Protection Society Limited (MIPS) in Melbourne is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to shape the digital experience for current and prospective members. You’ll manage marketing tech, campaigns, journeys, and website UX, SEO and analytics, delivering a seamless, high-quality member journey in a purpose-led not-for-profit.

You’ll work hybrid, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to optimise engagement, acquisition and conversion while turning data

Qualifications

• You have experience managing marketing automation, CRM, CMS and analytics platforms within a customer or member-focused environment.
• You are confident using HTML and CSS and have a strong understanding of website management, SEO and digital analytics.
• You enjoy solving problems, working collaboratively and turning data into actionable insights.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment, embrace change and are motivated by meaningful work.
• You hold relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, business or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Administering and optimising our marketing technology platforms, ensuring they remain secure, reliable and fit for purpose.
• Building and deploying digital campaigns, customer journeys, landing pages and automated member communications.
• Managing the MIPS website, including content updates, user experience enhancements, SEO and performance analytics.
• Developing insights and dashboards that inform decisions and continuously improve engagement, acquisition and conversion.
• Partnering across the business and with external vendors to deliver a seamless digital experience for our members.
