YMCA Victoria is looking for a casual Customer Service Officer at Peter Krenz Leisure Centre to greet members and respond to enquiries by email, phone or in person, while handling essential administrative tasks. You will provide sales solutions for memberships, conduct tours, follow up with customers, promote programs, and accurately receipt and balance payments.
