Qualifications

• Experience in a front-desk or customer-service role is preferred.
• Ability to handle inquiries via email, phone and in-person with a friendly demeanor.
• Strong cash handling and payment processing skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and respond to enquiries via email, phone or in person.
• Give centre tours to prospective members and promote programs.
• Process and balance customer payments accurately.
• Support duty managers to ensure smooth service and operations.
