YMCA Victoria is seeking a Customer Service Officer at Peter Krenz Leisure Centre in Bendigo. You will greet members, respond to enquiries via email, phone or in person, and handle general administrative tasks with a strong customer focus.

You will tour prospective members, promote programs, process payments, and support Duty Managers to ensure smooth facility operation. The role is casual with weekday and weekend availability and includes superannuation and Y benefits.

Qualificações

• CPR and first aid certifications are required.
• Experience delivering customer-focused service is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customers with sales solutions when enquiring about memberships and programs.
• Conduct centre tours with prospective members.
• Follow up customers and members as required.
• Promote available programs and services.
• Accurately receipt, process and balance customer payments.
