Qualifications

• Experience in customer facing retail or administrative team.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise while seeking improvements.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Prior banking experience is desirable but not essential.
• Comfort using systems to capture and record data accurately.
• Desire to achieve and hit targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive branch growth by delivering outstanding member service.
• Open new memberships and deposit/savings accounts; offer general insurance products.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to support members across Australia.
• Proactively perform branch operations including over-the-counter transactions and account maintenance.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and compliance standards.
