Defence Bank Limited in New South Wales is seeking a friendly Member Consultant to deliver outstanding service at our branches. You will help members with everyday banking needs, from opening accounts to discussing lending options, and you will support a high standard of service across channels.

You will work in a busy environment, build lasting relationships with members across Australia, and have opportunities to grow through training and certification while contributing to a values-driven,

Qualificações

• Experience in a customer facing retail or administrative team.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise to reduce member effort.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Prior experience in banking desirable but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to the branches consumer lending portfolio including personal loans, credit cards and identify home lending opportunities to mobile lenders.
• Open new memberships, new savings accounts, deposit accounts and provide general insurance products to Members.
• Provide best in class member service for inbound and outbound calls.
• Pro-actively complete branch activities such as deposits, withdrawals, account maintenance and contribute to member satisfaction.
• Adhere to current policies, procedures and compliance standards.
