People First Bank is seeking a Senior Member Experience Officer to be the welcoming face our customers expect in the branch. You will deliver consistently high-quality service and help customers on their financial journeys.

This full-time, permanent role is based at Heritage Bank, Crows Nest Community Branch, with morning shift support at Highfields on rotation. Training will be provided to build product knowledge and digital service usage, including personal lending applications and branch

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to guide customers through financial products.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with enquiries and banking needs.
• Engage in conversations to identify suitable solutions and products.
• Support customers in using digital banking services.
• Manage personal lending applications for branch customers.
• Oversee branch cash reconciliation and ordering.
• Provide timely, accurate customer service and issue resolution.
