Job summary

Dooleys Lidcombe Catholic Club in Lidcombe NSW is seeking a Loyalty Host to deliver exceptional member service and build lasting relationships. You will engage with members, anticipate needs, and promote member engagement.

This role requires extensive customer service experience, leadership ability, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. RSA/RCG certifications and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Extensive customer service experience, preferably in clubs, hospitality, gaming or membership environments.
• Proven experience leading, mentoring and motivating a team.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with members and customers.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with proactive member engagement.
• Experience managing difficult customer situations calmly and professionally.
• Strong sales, promotional and member engagement skills.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese or Korean is highly desirable.
• Current RSA and RCG certifications.
• Flexibility to work a variety of rostered shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
