The DOOLEYS Group in Sydney, NSW, is seeking a Loyalty Host to deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting member relationships.

You will anticipate needs, foster inclusivity, and represent the club with professionalism across a dynamic member base.

Qualifications

• Extensive customer service experience in club/hospitality/gaming or membership settings.
• Proven experience leading, mentoring and motivating a team.
• Ability to build and maintain strong member/customer relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proactive member engagement.
• Experience handling difficult customer situations calmly and professionally.
• Strong sales, promotions and member engagement skills.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese or Korean is highly desirable.
• Current RSA and RCG certifications.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Desired Skills and Experience

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following:

• Extensive customer service experience, preferably within a club, hospitality, gaming or membership environment.
• Proven experience leading, mentoring and motivating a team.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with members and customers.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to proactively engage with members.
• Experience managing difficult customer situations calmly and professionally.
• Strong sales, promotional and member engagement skills.
• Proficiency in either Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnameseor Korean (highly desirable).
• Current RSA and RCG certifications.
• Flexibility to work a variety of rostered shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
