You will manage day-to-day operations, support customer service, and help ensure seamless, efficient freight processes. The role requires problem-solving, attention to detail, and clear communication with clients and internal teams to maintain on-time performance and high service

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills and Operations Management.
• 3 years' experience in Freight & Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational tasks and assist with customer service.
• Provide administrative support and ensure efficient operations.
• Coordinate multimodal logistics for clients' needs.
• Manage Wharf Cartage & Distribution within Australia.
• Freight tracking to meet agreed transit schedules.
