Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Sydney is seeking a Contracts Compliance Analyst to ensure commercial contract compliance across ANZ contracts and optimise financial performance.

Reporting to the Commercial Operations Director, the role also maintains contract tools and supports pricing and contract administration.

You will work with SAP, Alteryx, Tableau/Power BI and MS Office, and collaborate across functions to improve accuracy, governance and processes.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience with pricing and customer service in a large, complex organisation is highly regarded.
• Experience using Alteryx or comparable workflow automation tools; working knowledge of SAP, Tableau and/or Power BI; intermediate MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage customer contract compliance, identify revenue opportunities, oversee rebates, and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Produce accurate, timely customer reports aligned to contractual requirements, collaborating across functions to gather and communicate data and metrics.
• Maintain contract repositories and reporting tools; improve processes and standardisation; support integration of contract management activities across the business.
• Act as backup for pricing and contract administration; maintain ERP pricing conditions; support training, audits and continuous improvement.
