Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovation is creating a new Bids & Contracts Specialist role in Sydney to support tender submissions and contract management across Australia and New Zealand. You will collaborate closely with the Bids & Contracts Manager to drive compliant, high-quality tender responses and lifecycle governance within a dynamic MedTech environment.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years in tendering and contracts, strong cross-functional communication skills, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Degree qualified with experience in tendering and contracts management.
• Experience in medical devices or healthcare procurement is advantageous.
• Strong organisational, project management and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation, coordination and submission of tender responses for Australia & New Zealand.
• Assist in management of public contract lifecycles including awards, extensions and variations.
• Gather market intelligence and coordinate stakeholders for pre-tender planning.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external procurement stakeholders.
• Maintain tender and contract documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
