Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Australia is seeking a Contracts Compliance Analyst to ensure commercial compliance across MedTech ANZ contracts in Sydney. You will support commercial outcomes, manage contract data, and drive process efficiency.

The role reports to the Commercial Operations Director and requires a mix of pricing, customer service, and data reporting skills. The ideal candidate has a degree and at least 3 years in a similar role, with experience in workflow tools (Alteryx), SAP, Tableau/Power

• Degree and 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with pricing and customer service exposure.
• Experience with Alteryx or similar workflow tools, SAP, Tableau/Power BI, and MS Office.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate reports and KPIs from contract data for stakeholders.
• Maintain contract repositories and reporting tools, streamline processes and standardise workflows.

The Opportunity To support our continued growth, a Contracts Compliance Analyst opportunity has become available in Sydney. Reporting to the Commercial Operations Director, the purpose of this role is to ensure commercial compliance of all J&J Medtech ANZ contracts; creating awareness and influencing commercial contract owners on opportunities to increase financial performance. Additionally, this role is responsible for the smooth operating of tools and processes used in J&J Medtech commercial customer contracts.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and managing customer contract compliance, identifying market share and revenue recovery opportunities, overseeing rebate processes, and ensuring adherence to capital placement and contractual obligations
• Producing accurate and timely customer reports in line with contractual requirements, collaborating cross-functionally to gather, validate, and communicate key data and performance metrics
• Maintaining contract repositories and reporting tools, improving process efficiency and standardisation, and supporting seamless integration of contract management activities across the business
• Acting as backup for pricing and contract administration activities, maintaining ERP pricing conditions, and supporting ongoing training, compliance, audit, and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

Degree qualified with minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, together with Pricing and Customer Service experience within a large complex organisation is highly regarded.

Experience with Alteryx or comparable workflow automation tools, working knowledge of SAP, Tableau and/or Power BI, and intermediate skills using MS Office.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with a track record of successful collaboration across functions.

Excellent communication and organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
