Johnson & Johnson in Sydney is seeking a Bids & Contracts Specialist to support tender submissions and contract management across Australia & New Zealand. You will work with the Bids & Contracts Manager to deliver high-quality, compliant responses and lifecycle management.

The role requires a degree and at least 3 years' tendering and contracts experience, ideally within medical devices. You will coordinate stakeholders, manage documentation, and ensure accurate records while partnering with

Qualifications

• The candidate holds a degree and at least 3 years' experience in tendering and contracts management.
• Experience in a large, complex organisation within medical devices is highly regarded.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with stakeholder negotiation ability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, coordinate and submit high-quality tender responses for public and private healthcare customers across Australia & New Zealand.
• Manage public contract lifecycles including awards, extensions, variations, pricing queries and governance.
• Support pre-tender planning with market intelligence and stakeholder coordination.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external healthcare procurement stakeholders.
• Maintain tender and contract documentation and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
