Job summary

A Senior Tender & Contract Specialist role within a global MedTech organisation operating across ANZ, influencing tenders, contracts, procurement and commercial operations. You will partner with Sales, Marketing and Legal to coordinate submissions, provide commercial guidance and ensure customer agreements are managed efficiently.

The role requires hands-on tender management experience in a regulated environment, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders to tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years' tender management experience, ideally in MedTech, healthcare or regulated industries.
• Experience managing tenders through prep, submission, clarification, negotiation and post-tender stages.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of customer procurement processes.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Legal and other teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end tender process from opportunity identification to post-tender activity.
• Coordinate responses to clarifications and negotiation requests with internal stakeholders.
• Prepare tender documentation and supporting materials for internal review and approvals.
• Coordinate preparation, review and management of customer contracts, extensions and variations.
• Provide tender and contract reporting to Sales, Marketing and other stakeholders.
• Support process improvements to tender and contract management.
