Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Sydney seeks a Bids & Contracts Specialist to support tender submissions and contract lifecycles across Australia & New Zealand.

You will work closely with the Bids & Contracts Manager, coordinating market intelligence, opportunity assessments and stakeholder engagement to position the business for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a tendering and contracts management role.
• Experience within a large, complex organisation in medical devices is highly regarded.
• Strong organisation, project management and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Proactive with a consultative approach and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to multi-task, manage complexities and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation, coordination and submission of high-quality, compliant tender responses.
• Assist in managing public contract lifecycles including awards, extensions and pricing queries.
• Contribute to pre-tender planning by gathering market intelligence and coordinating stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external procurement stakeholders.
• Maintain tender and contract documentation and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
