Job summary

TRESP Recruitment - Medtech and Healthtech Experts is seeking a Senior Tender & Contract Specialist to support healthcare customers across Australia and New Zealand in a global MedTech organisation. The role sits at the intersection of tenders, contracts, procurement and commercial operations.

You will coordinate end-to-end tender processes, provide commercial guidance, and manage customer contracts with a cross-functional team including Sales, Marketing and Legal.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years' experience in tender management or related commercial role.
• Experience managing tenders through prep, submission, clarification and post-tender stages.
• Experience with customer contracts, agreements, extensions and variations.
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, law, commerce or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end tender process across ANZ.
• Provide commercial guidance for bid/no-bid decisions.
• Coordinate tender documentation for internal approval.
• Engage with external procurement stakeholders.
• Manage customer contracts, extensions and variations.
• Ensure contract changes are documented and approved on time.
• Maintain contract records and trackers.
• Provide tender and contract reporting to stakeholders.
• Support process improvements in tender management.
