Job summary

The Royal Melbourne Hospital in Parkville, VIC, seeks an experienced administration professional to support the Medical Workforce Unit. You will manage rostering and allocations, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and participate in after-hours on-call rosters.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Manager of Medical Workforce and other key stakeholders to ensure all administrative aspects of rostering and allocations are completed in a proactive manner.
• Address workforce issues as they arise and elevate appropriately.
• Engage with stakeholders across the organisation.
• Participate in after hours on-call (telephone) roster.
