Rostering Systems Team Leader (RosterOn / Optima)
Join the Royal Melbourne Hospital as a Workforce Management Systems Team Leader and help shape a newly redesigned workforce management capability.
Reporting to the Head of Payroll Systems & Technology, you’ll lead a specialist team supporting workforce management and rostering technology across RMH. This newly created role will help optimise our current RosterOn platform while supporting the transition to future workforce management solutions, including Optima.
Working across Payroll, People & Culture, Digital and operational teams, you’ll play a key role in strengthening systems, processes and technology that support effective workforce planning and rostering across a large and complex healthcare environment.
You are an experienced workforce management professional who understands how technology, compliance and operational needs come together in a complex environment.
