iPlace Recruitment Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist for a temporary assignment in a specialist clinic located in Bella Vista. The role runs Monday, Tuesday and Friday 8:30am–5:00pm with possible 5:30pm finish if delayed, starting ASAP.

You will handle inbound calls, manage appointments for specialists and prepare patient paperwork using Clinic to Cloud software; training will be provided to ensure accurate data entry and smooth clinic flow.

Formación

• Experience in a busy clinic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to start ASAP.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming calls regarding appointments and queries.
• Coordinate appointments and schedules for specialists.
• Process patient paperwork and data entry in Clinic to Cloud (training provided).
