City Heart Medical in Rockhampton is seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our busy team on a full-time basis. The role provides exceptional customer service and administrative support to patients and clinical staff, with rostered weekday and weekend shifts on a rolling basis.

You will be responsible for answering calls, greeting patients, invoicing and receipting, and maintaining a calm, professional manner while handling multiple tasks in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience in a medical setting.
• Experience with general practice software such as Best Practice or similar.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls.
• Meeting and greeting patients.
• Invoicing and receipting payments.
