HeartHQ on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for patients, delivering friendly, efficient service in a busy specialist practice.

You should have experience in a medical setting, solid communication skills, and the ability to manage appointments and patient records. HealthTrack familiarity is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a medical practice is desirable, essential administrative experience.
• Proficient with medical practice software (prefer HealthTrack).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A strong candidate will exhibit;

Previous experience in a medical practice, desirable - however previous administration experience is essential.

Proficient in medical practice software (preferably Health track) is an advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

Must be patient, considerate and empathetic

Hard working, reliable and detail orientated with a can do attitude
