Job summary

Maple Street Surgery (Cooroy & Sunrise Beach) is seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist to join our supportive team. You will manage front-desk duties, book appointments, answer phones, and help the broader practice.

The role is ideal for someone with excellent customer service and organisational skills, able to work both independently and with others. Prior medical reception experience is valued but not essential.

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional and reliable.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• Typing and data entry skills would be an advantage.
• Previous medical reception or administration experience would be highly regarded but is not essential.
