Job summary

Village Cardiology is seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to support three cardiologists at our Camperdown practice. This permanent part-time role operates on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with potential for additional days as the practice grows.

You will manage patient interactions, scheduling, and administrative tasks to keep our cardiology services running smoothly. With at least two years in medical reception, you will handle bookings, telehealth coordination, and billing while delivering

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ medical reception or healthcare administration experience.
• Working knowledge of Medicare, DVA and private billing.
• Experience with medical practice management software.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Reliable, proactive and able to work independently and in a small team.

Medical Receptionist – Village Cardiology
9–11 Layton Street, Camperdown

Village Cardiology is seeking an experienced, organised and professional Medical Receptionist to join our team supporting three cardiologists at our Camperdown practice.

This is a permanent part-time role working Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with the opportunity to pick up additional days as the practice grows and when covering staff leave. It suits someone with a solid background in medical administration who enjoys the pace of a busy specialist practice, communicates with confidence and delivers compassionate, patient-focused service.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the face of our practice, managing patient interactions, scheduling, and administrative tasks that directly contribute to the smooth operation of our cardiology services.

About the Role

• Front desk reception for three cardiologists
