MADE Medical Home in Marrickville, Sydney is seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to support a brand-new GP-owned clinic. You will manage bookings, billing and patient communications, ensuring a warm and efficient front desk experience.

Join a supportive, independent team and help shape reception workflows as the practice grows, with predictable hours and a 4-day/week schedule.

Formación

• Previous general practice reception experience.
• Experience with Best Practice Premier.
• Confidence with Medicare claiming and private billing.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

MADE Medical Home is a brand-new, independent GP-owned practice in Marrickville, built around excellent medicine, meaningful patient relationships and a better way to work.

We're looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist who loves great systems, thoughtful service and making a busy day run smoothly.

The role

Working alongside our GPs, nurses and practice management team, you'll be responsible for:

• Welcoming patients and creating a warm, professional experience
• Managing appointments, phone enquiries and online bookings
• Private billing, Medicare claiming and payment processing
• Patient records, referrals, recalls and correspondence
• Coordinating with doctors, nurses and pathology providers
• Managing incoming results and directing them to doctors for review
• Maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality
• Keeping reception organised and improving daily workflows
