Sunshine Coast Radiology is seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist to join a supportive team across our Nambour and Noosa clinics. You will greet patients, manage bookings, handle billing and support clinical staff with care and efficiency.

The role requires excellent communication, knowledge of medical terminology, and strong computer/booking system skills. A professional, respectful, and team‑oriented attitude is essential.

About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a friendly, proactive, and adaptable Medical Receptionist to join our team—offering a full-time opportunity across our Nambour and Noosa clinics.

You’ll support patients and clinical teams through your organisation, empathy and attention to detail.

A Day In The Life At SCR

• Welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism
• Managing bookings, phones and patient enquiries
• Processing accounts and billing (Medicare, private health, etc.)

About You

You’re calm, positive and love helping people in a busy healthcare environment. You’ll bring:
