Job summary

Reliance Care Medical Center in Winchelsea is seeking an Administration & Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of Surf Coast Superclinic. The role focuses on efficient administration, patient service, and regulatory compliance across billing, staffing and quality initiatives.

You will support clinicians, nurses and reception staff, oversee rostering, IT systems, and ongoing accreditation processes while fostering a collaborative, patient-centred culture in a busy rural primary

Qualifications

• Experience in medical practice management or healthcare administration.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Medicare billing and healthcare regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and practice management software.
• Ability to lead a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and service delivery.
• Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow.
• Coordinate staff recruitment, training, and performance reviews.
• Oversee Medicare, DVA, TAC, WorkCover, and private billing.
• Ensure compliance with RACGP standards and privacy legislation.
• Support IT systems and data security in the practice.
• Engage with healthcare providers and community services.
