Job summary

AMBOSS is seeking a full-time medical doctor to support its B2B Sales Team from a remote location in Australia. The role focuses on expanding AMBOSS adoption in medical schools and affiliated institutions across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region, combining market strategy, business development, and marketing to drive partnerships and revenue.

The ideal candidate has an Australian medical degree and license, strong communication skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset to build long-term

Qualifications

• Medical degree from Australia with medical license.
• Strong communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Interest in EdTech and medical education.
• Willingness to travel across Australia to engage with medical schools and institutions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan with the team which Australian and Asia-Pacific medical schools do not yet offer AMBOSS licenses.
• Build relationships with active users and decision-makers, extending partnerships beyond universities.
• Conduct needs analyses and create tailored presentations for target university partners.
• Interface between medical students and AMBOSS teams (Customer Success, Sales Ops, Marketing).
• Plan projects and events for AMBOSS leveraging proximity to medical schools.
• Support universities as a reliable partner from first approach to implementation success.
• Collaborate with Data Team and Sales Ops to analyze usage data.
• Represent AMBOSS at events and grow brand awareness.
• Drive product and commercial partnerships to grow awareness and revenue.
• Test new concepts/products like AMBOSS AI Mode.
• Assess product-market fit for Australia including licensing across medical schools.
• Support Asia-Pacific markets as needed.
