AMBOSS is seeking a Partnership Manager Australia to shape medical education in Australia. You will collaborate with medical schools, student organizations, and conferences to promote AMBOSS to students and early-career doctors, driving engagement and long-term adoption.

You will travel around 40% for conferences and events, develop strategic campaigns, and tailor content for the Australian market, while working autonomously in a remote-capable setup.

Qualifikationen

• Medical degree required or strongly preferred.
• Experience in communication, project management, or working with student or physician organizations.
• Willingness to travel up to ~40% for conferences and events.
• Structured, autonomous work style with strong prioritization.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in a fast-changing environment.
• Experience in tech, business development, consulting, sales, or marketing is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop understanding of medical students and physicians in Australia and grow AMBOSS presence in medical schools.
• Lead conference presentations, webinars, and in-person meetings with universities.
• Manage AMBOSSadors and key student contacts at universities; collaborate with key opinion leaders.
• Design and implement strategic outbound marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Monitor country-specific performance metrics and lead quarterly reviews.
• Create country-specific content such as study guides and plans.
