Job summary

Aerotek is seeking assemblers for the first shift in Redmond, WA. This contract-to-hire role focuses on assembling mechanical and electrical components in a clean medical device manufacturing environment.

You will follow detailed blueprints, adhere to safety and quality standards, and enter production data into basic systems. The position offers steady hours, overtime as needed, and opportunities for growth and cross-training.

Qualifications

• Experience in assembly/manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift 10–50 lbs regularly (up to 75 lbs occasionally).
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components.
• Follow blueprints, work instructions, and safety procedures.
• Perform quality inspections and packaging.
• Enter production information into basic computer systems.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Support team production goals and continuous improvement efforts.
