Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC is seeking a Lead MFG Assembly Technician in Redmond, WA to assemble satellite components in a Cleanroom/ESD environment and drive process improvements. You will lead daily team activities, ensure quality, and support training programs for new hires while adhering to safety standards and production protocols.

The role requires experience with precision tools, reading engineering drawings, and working in a fast-paced, high-reliability setting.

Qualifications

1+ year in a high traceability manufacturing environment or relevant trade school certification.
1+ year using hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
1+ year working with test tools and methods that validate the system.
Experience reading, interpreting and working from engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

Drive and develop departmental continuous improvement initiatives and support implementation.
Assemble mechanical and electrical satellite components, sub-assemblies, and integration assemblies in a Cleanroom/ESD environment.
Lead process work and review output for quality and adherence to standards.
